GSOS' Collaborative Partnering Approach

Effective July 1, 2009, through a strategic partnership with the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), GSOS made available to the global outsourcing industry an innovative new Outsourcing Relationship Management (ORM) tool that can rapidly identify opportunities or exposures to optimizing outsourcing business value.

The IAOP Value Health Check Survey (VHCS) addresses outsourcing contracts/relationships:

  • Of any work scope, shape and size
  • From any industry
  • Involving any type of outsourcing whether ITO, BPO or KPO, including
    shared service center relationships
  • Whether its on-shore, near-shore or off-shore

How is this possible? How did GSOS, a small, entrepreneurial organization accomplish what mega-outsourcing providers and long standing outsourcing advisory firms have been unable to do?

First, it starts with GSOS’ business model of collaborative partnering. At GSOS we realize that the best new ideas, technologies and approaches to solving the challenges facing the global outsourcing industry won’t come from the stove-pipes of hierarchical conglomerates or from the sushi bars of silicon valley start-ups. The outsourcing industry is fundamentally an “experiential industry” where no two outsourcing contracts are alike and the issues and answers facing the industry are rooted in the fundamental DNA of the three key communities that comprise this rapidly maturing industry: customers, providers, and advisors/academia.

GSOS, together with its unique Network of Affiliate Partners (i.e. BeyondCore, Enlighta, Technology Business Integrators (TBI), Janeeva and others) and through a strategic Corporate relationship with the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, is developing innovative new solutions for some of the outsourcing industry’s most pressing challenges.
